This is so well written Cat. I can visualise the cabin perfectly because it’s exactly the same one I want. CABU do nice cabins in Ireland. Bit twee and corporate at times but the sauna outside was lovely. They also have a great shop selling local food as well as clothing by Pendleton. Maybe not far away enough away for you but worth checking out.
