The fact that I think and talk about the weather everyday confirms my Britishness. Can’t help but inform you that it’s freezing but the pale blue skies and winter sun have lifted my mood infinitely. Yesterday I went for a meeting and travelled back to the studio via Jolene, picking up a sausage roll and a coffee from its terracotta-hued hatch on Redchurch Street and I thought, yes, London is good. In the evening I went to a boxercise class with my friend Joe, the bright strip lighting a shock to the system, but not as much as my lack of cardio fitness as I stumbled through burpees and press ups. Despite feeling imprisoned in a pool of sweat, I do have to admit that the exercise endorphins picked me up and I will be returning with a better attitude.
