Searching for ways to wake up and not immediately turn my mind into a to-do list. Unsuccessful in this mission so far, but any thoughts of how to rectify this would be much appreciated! The only thing that I’ve done this morning that’s distracted me is unloading the dishwasher. To the point that I was fantasising about emptying the dishwasher for hours at a time, or that all I had to do that day was cook, that my brain could be drained itself, only recipes left inside. A strange but satisfying fantasy. While I work on turning this into a reality, here are some recs and recipes that got me through my mean reds (ongoing, but we’re ok).
