Food For Thought.
This week’s newsletter is less of a story, and more of an insight into how recipes form in the minds of Sarsfield women. I’m currently on holiday so I saw a WhatsApp from Kie-Jo Sarsfield as an opportunity for her to take the reins of Since No One Asked (except I did in fact ask her for this recipe), while I frolic in the Balearics and eat gambas, patatas bravas y croquetas. It’s day two and that mission has been accomplished (along with four large glasses of chilled vino tinto, which cost €2, to our absolute delight).
So I’ll leave you in the capable hands of Kie-Jo Sarsfield, in the untouched form of this WhatsApp exchange.
